Policy

2 night minimum stay on weekends during season. I night Minimum during winter.
We welcome children 12 & older.
No smoking indoors please.
Upon receipt of deposit we guarantee your room will be waiting for you.
Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance, or you will be charged one night's rent.
There is an additional charge of $15 per person beyond double occupancy.
There is an 11.5% tax on all room prices.
No pets

Help us to Help the Environment

We are asking visitors to be mindful of fresh water consumption. Enormous quantities of washing powders are polluting our waters. Tons of towels and bedding are unnecessarily laundered each day in hotels, motels, inns, and B&Bs

As a new guest, you receive freshly laundered towels and sheets. As part of our commitment to the environment, we ask you to hang up your towels to dry and reuse them. If you need more towels,they are conveniently located in the hallway, or, of course, you can ask us for them.

If your visit is longer than three days, your sheets and towels are replaced on the fourth day. We respect your privacy; daily maid service is available only on request.
